Axeman regains consciousness and throws his Axe at Claire as Alice arrives in time to pull her out of the path of the weapon. Eventually, it arrives at the Citadel Correctional Facility compound where Alice and the other surviving Humans have taken refuge. After the global pandemic, the Red Queen would assist in the extermination of mankind and release the Axemen into the world and wipe out the remained survivors.ДЄxeman first appears in the streets of Los Angeles, dragging its massive Axe behind him. The Axemen were created by the Umbrella Prime as a top-secret bioweapons in a research facility located somewhere in Siberia.

They were portrayed by Ray Olubowale and Kevin Shand. They are mutated zombies that serve as a recreation of the Executioner Majini from Resident Evil 5. The Axemen are major antagonists from Resident Evil: Afterlife and Resident Evil: Retribution. ~ Alice realizes she and Ada are facing off against two Axemen.
